Find the hidden route and the key
In Cursed Hollow, look for the low fence opening near the large tree. The shrine beyond it has the daughter’s prayer note. Continue into the nearby building and defeat the miniboss to obtain the Headman’s Key. Return to the locked house and read the upstairs note before using the wheel.
Wake the girl or let her sleep?
Waking her leads to a fight. Letting her sleep ends her suffering through the plague. Method reports different material grades and Catalyst amounts for the two outcomes, while PowerPyx describes the same material reward for either choice. These published accounts disagree, so this guide does not promise a particular payout.

If you are following this route from the side-quest directory, return there afterward to choose your next objective. Till Death is another Cursed Hollow quest, but uses a separate item and altar; completing one does not stand in for the other.
